Position: Quantity Surveyor (QS) / Estimator

*About the Role*
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, BOQ preparation, tendering, and managing project finances for fit-out and interior decoration projects.

*Key Responsibilities*
•Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and budget forecasts for interior fit-out projects.
•Review project drawings, specifications, and contract documents to determine scope and material requirements.
•Source quotations from subcontractors and suppliers; perform detailed cost comparison analyses.
•Manage tendering processes, contract administration, and variation orders.
•Perform site measurements and prepare valuation certificates and final accounts.

*Qualifications & Requirements*
*Education*: Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or relevant field.

*Experience*:
•Minimum 3 years of experience in Interior Fit-Out / Joinery / Construction in the UAE.

•Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.
•In-depth knowledge of UAE market rates, materials, and subcontracting standards.
•Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
