This full renovation and furnishing of a prestigious duplex at Atlantis Royal Residences begins in the living and dining areas, conceived as a calm architectural backdrop to the extraordinary setting. A palette of refined neutrals and tactile material finishes was intentionally selected to never compete with the view, but to frame it, allowing the uninterrupted 180-degree ocean panorama at the crest of the Palm to remain the true focal point of the home.
Designed for a long-standing client whose residences in Dubai consistently reflect a deep appreciation for quality, design, and uniqueness, the interiors balance restraint with expression. Bespoke Estilo Blanco furniture, subtle Italian marbles, and a carefully curated lighting scheme establish a sense of quiet luxury, while iconic lighting by Vibia, sculptural chandeliers by Lladró and Tom Dixon, Elie Saab coffee tables, and exclusive handwoven rugs by Iwan Maktabi elevate the narrative.
