Eight hours in the kitchen, nine different meals, and a freezer full of food! 😂❤️

With work resuming and a new academic year starting, I decided to prepare ahead so I can come home tired and NOT have to start asking, “What are we cooking today?” 😂

Vegetable soup, okra soup, fisherman soup, jollof rice, tomato stew, vegetable sauce, potato stir-fry, goat meat pepper soup and catfish barbecue—everything is sorted! 🙌🏽

It was a serious kitchen marathon, but the peace of mind I have now? PRICELESS! 😂

Future me is definitely going to thank present me. ❤️

Smoky, spicy, juicy and packed with flavour! This catfish was seasoned to perfection and grilled until beautifully charred on the outside while staying tender and juicy inside. 😋🔥
