We are pleased to share our design proposal for an upcoming villa project in Whispering Pines, Jumeirah Golf Estates.

The proposal reimagines the outdoor areas as a series of connected spaces for relaxation, entertaining and everyday family life. The design includes a refreshed swimming pool, integrated landscaping, natural stone finishes, a shaded outdoor kitchen and carefully considered seating areas—all brought together through a restrained, timeless palette.

With the design stage now taking shape, our team at The Across Designs is looking forward to commencing work on site soon and bringing the proposal to life.

We’re pleased to share one of our recently completed turnkey villa renovations in Alvorada, Arabian Ranches.

The project involved a comprehensive transformation, with all civil works, MEP, bespoke joinery, interior finishes and landscaping fully managed and executed by our in-house teams.

For us, quality is not limited to what is immediately visible. It is equally important in the materials, workmanship and technical details concealed behind the finished surfaces. Every stage of this renovation was carefully coordinated to deliver a home that is built as well as it looks.

An Elevated Transformation in Alvorada, Arabian Ranches

Designed by Johann Kruger Design Studio and executed by the aCross designs, this villa was envisioned as a home where architecture, craftsmanship and everyday living come together seamlessly.

The project involved a complete turnkey refurbishment, extending well beyond the interiors to include the villa’s external areas and overall architectural character. From civil and MEP works to bespoke joinery, refined finishes and exterior enhancements, every element was carefully coordinated and brought to life by our team.

The result is a villa that feels renewed yet grounded—where each space flows naturally into the next, and the design is expressed through thoughtful details, materiality and precise ex*****on.

A Kitchen Shaped Around the Home

Designed for a villa in Whispering Pines, Jumeirah Golf Estates, this bespoke kitchen forms part of a larger renovation currently taking shape.

The palette is soft yet distinctive: muted sage-green cabinetry, richly veined stone and warm brass details are brought together through gently curved edges and finely crafted joinery. A generous central island anchors the room, while fluted finishes, integrated storage and illuminated glass cabinetry add depth and character without compromising its everyday function.

At Echo Design, every kitchen is designed as a one-of-a-kind space, shaped around the architecture of the home and the way its owners live. Each design is then brought to life by our own in-house team, allowing the original vision, craftsmanship and smallest details to remain consistent from concept through to completion.
