1️⃣ Cut beef into strips and apply meat tenderizer. Rest for 15–20 minutes.

2️⃣ Add eggs, salt, soy sauce, garlic, maida, and black pepper. Mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.

3️⃣ Deep fry the beef until golden and crispy.

4️⃣ Heat oil in a wok and sautΓ© garlic for 30 seconds.

5️⃣ Add fried beef, onions, capsicum, and green chilies.

6️⃣ Add salt, black pepper, soy sauce, and chili sauce. Stir fry on high heat for 2–3 minutes.

7️⃣ Mix corn flour with cold water and pour into the wok. Cook until the sauce becomes thick and glossy.

1️⃣ Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and fry cube-cut onions and capsicum for 2 minutes. Remove and set aside.
2️⃣ In the same pan, add 2 tbsp oil and fry chicken for 2 minutes until it turns white.
3️⃣ Add ginger garlic paste and cook well.
4️⃣ Once chicken starts releasing water, add green chillies, red chilli powder, black pepper, coriander powder and turmeric. Mix thoroughly.
5️⃣ Add ketchup, tomato paste, chili sauce and soy sauce. Stir well.
6️⃣ Add cumin powder and garam masala, then bhunao for 2 minutes.
7️⃣ Pour in half cup water, cover and cook on low flame for 7–8 minutes until chicken becomes tender.
8️⃣ Add cube-cut tomato and cook for 1 minute.
9️⃣ Return the fried onions and capsicum to the pan and mix everything together.

β€’ πŸ›’οΈ 1 cup mustard oil
β€’ 🌿 1 bay leaf
β€’ 🌿 2 small cardamoms
β€’ 🌿 1 black cardamom
β€’ 🌿 1 cinnamon stick
β€’ 🌿 4 cloves
β€’ 🌢️ 2-3 dried red chilies
β€’ πŸ§… 4 medium-sized onions (finely chopped)
β€’ πŸ₯© 1 kg mutton (medium-sized pieces + 1 shank piece)
β€’ πŸ§„ 4-5 garlic cloves (whole)
β€’ πŸ₯„ 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
β€’ πŸ’¦ 1 cup water

βœ… For Spices:
β€’ πŸ₯„ 2 tsp cumin powder
β€’ πŸ§‚ Salt to taste

1️⃣ Heat Oil & Fry Whole Spices – In a karahi, heat mustard oil and add bay leaf, cardamoms, cinnamon, cloves, and dried red chilies. Fry for 1 minute.

2️⃣ SautΓ© Onions & Cook Mutton – Add chopped onions and fry for 4-5 minutes until golden brown. Then, add mutton pieces and mix well.

3️⃣ Add Garlic & Water – Toss in whole garlic cloves, ginger garlic paste, and 1 cup water. Stir and cook for 10 minutes.

4️⃣ Add Dry Spices – Mix in cumin powder, salt, turmeric, and coriander powder. Cook for another 5 minutes, then remove and save extra oil for later use.

5️⃣ Prepare Red Chili Paste – Grind dried red chilies with 2 tbsp water into a fine paste. Add this to the mutton, mix well, and cook for 10 minutes with Β½ cup water.

6️⃣ Incorporate Yogurt – Whisk 1 cup yogurt with the saved oil, then pour into the karahi. Stir and cook for 10 minutes until the oil separates.

7️⃣ Final Touch – Garnish with chopped coriander, green chilies, and julienned ginger. Cover and let it rest for 2 minutes.
