This home was designed to feel collected over time—and that’s exactly what we set out to create.
For this villa in Noya, Abu Dhabi, we looked beyond passing trends and familiar design formulas: bathrooms wrapped entirely in Calacatta Viola, conventional veneer TV units and simple wooden handrails. Instead, every corner was layered with culture, heritage and character, with pieces thoughtfully collected by Rhonda Fdez.
A retro-tiled kitchen framed by a soft arch. A plum-toned powder room with a walnut mirror and dusty-blue tapware. Custom wallpaper behind a carved wooden headboard, warmed by the glow of an amber pendant. And, not to be overlooked, a beautifully crafted walnut handrail that adds warmth and character of its own.
This is more than a finished project. It’s a home with soul—one that feels personal, lived-in and ready to gather stories for years to come.
One of the most tasteful and character-filled spaces we’ve had the pleasure of working on.
