Set within an Arabian Ranches Villa, this Master Bedroom started with a simple brief: create a space that feels calm, but not predictable.
We began by rethinking the layout.
The balcony was brought into the room, expanding the footprint and allowing more light to flow in, instantly transforming how the space feels and functions.
From there, it became about layering.
A quiet coffee station was introduced in the entrance corridor, paired with patterned floor tiles to create a subtle transition moment as you step in, almost like a pause before entering the main space.
Curves are gently woven throughout the design - shaping the beam detail, the coffee station, the furniture, and the wall panels - softening the otherwise linear geometry without overpowering it.
A sculptural light anchors the corner, acting as both a feature and a mood-setter.
The palette stays intentionally neutral, but not flat.
A deep-toned rug and lounge chairs bring in just the right amount of contrast, enough to add character while maintaining the calm.
Nothing here is accidental.
Every decision was made to create a space that feels effortless, but is carefully considered.
Because design isn’t just about how a space looks, it’s about how it unfolds as you live in it.
Up next: a closer look at the reimagined entrance corridor and wardrobe area, where materials, storage, and refined detailing come together to elevate the overall experience.
