It has been a crazy busy week! Daughters 18th on Tuesday, my brother's birthday Wednesday, daughters 21st Thursday, my birthday Friday, then Easter on Sunday. Plus it was the last week of term with kindy kids who were getting tired! It's taken me a few days to reset, and the Thermomix hasn't even been looked at, until yesterday!
If there is any reason to get the new TM7, then cheese sauce is it! Throw it all in and let it do its thing and 7 minutes later, it's pretty much done!! We had cauliflower cheese with our Sunday roast, and today I used the same recipe to make the white sauce for lasagne. The meat mix was done on the stove because I was making a double batch - I'll freeze one lasagne and take it away with us this weekend!

And because the Pizza Bianca is so easy to whip up, we had that with our lasagne, minus the rosemary and with extra garlic

A quick dinner was needed tonight, so Beef Fajitas it was - I love the flavours in this one, and it's so quick and easy to make. Plus, I had some wraps in the freezer (thanks to Kia Gorham for the tips on freezing them - they defrosted beautifully!)

The guided cooking on the Thermomix® TM7 is fantastic, especially when you don't have the brain power to create. But tonight I went rogue and created a salsa for our nachos. I also cooked the chicken and shredded it, as well as 'grated' the cheese. One machine to do so many jobs!
