🍫 MILO MOUSSE IN 2 MINUTES! 🤤

We very rarely have dessert in our house, and when we do, it’s usually a last-minute decision because I’m never organised enough to plan ahead! 😂

That’s why this Milo Mousse is our go-to!

Literally 2 minutes in the Thermomix and dessert is done! 🙌

Now, the recipe does say to refrigerate for an hour… BUT when it comes out of the Thermomix already cold, thick and beautifully creamy like this, why wait an hour to enjoy it?! 🤤😂

Pancakes taste even better when someone else makes them 😂🥞

One of the things I love about having a Thermomix is watching the kids become more confident in the kitchen.

Following the recipe step-by-step, weighing their own ingredients and actually making something from start to finish 🙌

It’s not just making cooking easier for me — it’s giving them the confidence and independence to do it themselves. 🤍

And if this means I get pancakes made for me more often… I’m definitely not complaining 😂🥞

Another thing I probably would have just bought once upon a time… 🥨😂

We’re away in the caravan and wanted something yummy to put out for everyone, so homemade pretzel bites it was 🙌

This is one of the things I love about having my Thermomix with us — entertaining doesn’t have to mean buying a heap of pre-made snacks. We can make something fresh, delicious and usually save a few $$ while we’re at it.

Turns out Thermie is pretty handy to have around at happy hour too 😂🥂

17 missed calls.
130 unread emails.
50 messages.
And approximately 372 other things I’m meant to remember. 🫠

This is one of the reasons I love my Thermomix so much — I pick a recipe, hit start and it tells me what to do next. 🙌

No remembering temperatures.
No working out timings.
No constantly checking what comes next.

Just follow the screen, step by step, and somehow dinner still happens amongst the chaos. 😂🤍

One less thing my brain has to think about.

This is one of the first things I love to make with my new customers when their TM7 arrives 👏

Vegetable stock paste is one of those Thermomix staples you’ll wonder how you ever lived without.

🥕 Made from real veggies
🧂 You know exactly what’s in it
🥄 Use it anywhere you’d normally reach for stock
💰 One batch makes HEAPS and lasts for ages
✨ Adds so much flavour to everyday cooking

It’s also a great way to use up those veggies looking a little sad — less waste AND more savings 🙌

💡 My tip: I keep mine in the freezer. It stays easy to scoop, so I can grab a tablespoon whenever I need it.

It’s one of those recipes that makes you realise pretty quickly that your Thermomix isn’t just about making meals — it’s about making the things you’d normally buy, too. 🤍
