Tonight’s dinner was creamy, dreamy and absolutely bursting with flavour! 🍝✨

Chicken, Basil & Roasted Red Pepper Spaghetti – tender chicken pieces, fresh basil, sweet roasted capsicum and a luscious, velvety sauce, topped with crunchy toasted pine nuts. The TM7 made this whole dish effortless – from chopping and blending the sauce to cooking it to perfection.

When you can create restaurant-quality pasta like this in your own kitchen with hardly any mess, you start to wonder how you ever lived without a TM7. 💚 Every home needs one – it’s the ultimate kitchen upgrade!

Dinner tonight was this hearty Chicken and Chorizo Hotpot — absolutely bursting with flavour! 👩🏼‍🍳 Everything went straight into the Thermomix, a quick mix, then into the oven. Set and forget while I got on with the rest of my evening. Too easy!

Cooked Daging Kicap Meletup (Spicy Soy Beef) for dinner tonight and it was absolutely sensational! 🌶️🍛 The rich, sticky soy sauce with just the right kick of heat made every bite melt in your mouth. And the best part? My Thermomix did all the hard work!

From prepping the ingredients to perfectly cooking the beef, it was all done in one bowl — no standing over the stove, no mess, no stress. Just set, forget, and enjoy the amazing aromas filling the kitchen. This is hands down one of my new favourite dishes!
