Just because times are tough, it doesn’t mean we have to compromise on the things we love. It’s time to manoeuvre, step to the side + find another way.
+ there’s always another way… at times it might not feel like it, but if you push on, it’ll come to light 💡.
At Tektur, we love texture + we love raw, honest materials like concrete. This week we had to find a quick, cost effective solution to match in with an existing render wall (one that required a team to fly up from Melbourne + took WEEKS to initially hand install).
+ so we introduce Dulux Concrete, a textural concrete effect, matt finish paint….. that’s right… PAINT! It comes in 5 x colour-ways, cool - warm, light - dark.

The final finish actually looked the same as the original, you couldn’t tell the difference + that’s saying a lot coming from someone with an eye for detail, down to the 1mm!
There was no need for specialty installers + no need for speciality tools. Best of all, it was beyond cost effective.
