All the cooking I do this is the first time I've ever made pasta. I used stone ground spelt organic wheat and our own eggs so no nasties at all. I went a little to thin on this batch but the flavour was great and the structure held up. Pretty happy for my first go. The girls at work can relax, I'll allow pasta dishes again 😋

If you've never had home made crumpets you don't know what a real crumpet tastes like. They are so good. Chucked a bit of maple syrup in the second batch 😋 👌
Fluffy Japanese style pancakes 🥞 also a winner.
Salmon cakes, always delicious.

Harvesting Aloe Vera, comparing it with purchased (apparently 98.8% organic aloe vera) V's out of my garden 😑 I know which one I'd prefer 😉
