It's always a popular style cause it's calm, comfortable, and so easy to transition from season to season
It's one of the biggest mistakes people make when styling. They sometimes choose styling pieces that are perfect for a current trend but aren't transitional to different seasons or trends.
When choosing your larger pieces (bedframe, lounge, dining chairs, etc) for rooms, pick ones that are transitional so you dont have to keep forking money out each trend change. Instead, choose more neutral pieces and dress them with current colours and styles.
