Have you ever made san choy bau? I had never bothered until now. Then I saw how easy it was to cook with the Thermomix and had to give it a try. It’s super simple and delicious 😋 I made a batch and a half so I have leftovers for lunch tomorrow 🥳

There's nothing like the smell of homemade granola baking in the oven 🤤! The toasty, cinnamon smells fill the whole house and even the kids are drawn into the kitchen to see what's cooking. I never made it before i got my thermomix and now i wouldn't buy store-bought ever again. Apart from being quite expensive to buy, I'm able avoid a lot of the ingredients commonly found in granola that we can't or don't eat, like coconut flakes (yuck), dried fruit, wheat, and excess amounts of sugar. Win win!
