Our Story

One of my greatest passions is cooking and for anyone that knows me desserts and all things chocolate are at the top of the list. Though I do enjoy savoury as well.

As I explore and expand my culinary knowledge along with delving into more natural, back to basics and consider ways to remove or lesson additives, flours and sugars that are in our foods I will be sharing the tips, hints and recipes.

In daily life I have always loved all things natural and where possible have incorporated this into daily life. Whilst exploring ways of removing chemicals and toxins I was introduced to amazing oils and my mind started racing – why had I not discovered these sooner, how quickly can I learn about them and enjoy the benefits and uses in my home to lessen the reactions that I have with food additives, cleaning products and how can I incorporate these into my passion for cooking.

From a culinary perspective the benefits of the oils are limitless and I am yet to uncover, increase my knowledge in this area and incorporate oils where possible.
