I still haven’t learnt.

I still haven’t learnt that generally I am my biggest barrier. I overthink things, which then over complicates things. When really it’s a two second job.

Today I was reminded of this when I made my own “Flour Tortillas”.

I’ve been wanting to try them for ages and for the last couple of nights they’ve been in my thoughts so today was the day to do them. I thought it was going to be a task and a half, I couldn’t have been any more wrong. They were genuinely so EASY!

It’s almost embarrassing that I haven’t done them sooner!

It’s been 5 days since my last post and I’m back! And with another loaf of bread to boot.

I used up the last of my pre-made bread mix and got to use my sensor again and I was very happy with the result.

We used this loaf to have toasted sandwiches for dinner.
