Sourdough minis… your usual loaf divided in 2…. One to eat now and one to eat tomorrow OR freeze one for when needed … spritz with water and put the oven on low. It’ll taste ‘just baked’

Sourdough tastes like it’s just come out of the oven after freezing & thawing ….

*preheat your oven to 150C
*unwrap your frozen loaf & run it under water or spritz it. (Don’t drench it 😌 ☔️!)
This will retain the breads moisture and ensure a crisp crust
*sit in your bottom rack for about 15min
You can give it a squeeze to check it’s thawed.
* warm, crunchy, delicious 🤗
