Also me: buys a 25kg bag of baker’s flour like I’m opening a bakery tomorrow. 😂

What the actual F**k!! was I thinking?

The lady at the shop probably thought I owned a bakery.

Nope… just a mum of three trying to make a loaf of bread. 🥖🤣

25kg of baker’s flour later and now I’m accepting sourdough orders, emotional support message and storage solutions.

At this point, if the apocalypse comes, just come to my house, I’ll be the one handing out sourdough and pizza dough to the neighbourhood.💀

I’ve always loved taking risks and stepping outside my comfort zone, but this one definitely takes the cake.

A year ago, I never would have imagined I’d be here. What started as wanting to make healthier meals for my family and finding something that fit around life with three little boys has turned into so much more than I ever expected.

There have been plenty of late nights, messy kitchens, moments of self doubt and days where I wondered if I could juggle it all, but here we are.

I’m so grateful for everyone who has supported me, believed in me, hosted a demo, purchased a Thermomix, joined my team or simply cheered me on from the sidelines.

Building this business while raising three little boys, often while Kade is away, hasn’t always been easy, but it has been one of the most rewarding things I’ve ever done.

Excited and ready for this next chapter as a Team Leader. Let’s do this! ✨💚

🤒🍋 Use-It-Up Flu Fighter Chicken Soup 🍲

I’ll be honest… I was a little unsure about the kale in this one. 😅 But wow, was I wrong!

With lemon, ginger, turmeric, garlic, chicken, kale and a few other flavour-packed ingredients, I wasn’t sure how it would all come together, but it was actually so delicious. The perfect bowl of comfort while I’m trying to shake this flu. 💚

One thing I keep finding with my TM7 is that it pushes me to try ingredients and recipes I probably wouldn’t have chosen myself… and somehow they always turn out amazing! 🙌

If you’re feeling a bit run down or just want a nourishing meal that tastes as good as it makes you feel, this one is definitely worth adding to your meal plan.

I had to see for myself what all the hype was about!!

If you’re a coconut lover, you NEED to try this Bounty Slice. It honestly tastes like you’re eating a giant Bounty bar..

Also, can we just appreciate that it’s a great way to use up all those leftover Easter eggs? 🍫😂 Safe to say this one won’t last long in our house 🙌

I love having meals on rotation that I know the whole family will happily eat, especially with three busy boys to feed!

Beef Stroganoff (minus the mushrooms 🍄😂) and every single time the bowls are licked clean.

Simple ingredients, packed with flavour, and the kind of comfort food that brings everyone to the table.

And can we talk about garlic for a second… who actually follows a recipe when it says 2–3 cloves? 🧄🤪

Around here, garlic is measured with your heart. If the recipe says 3 cloves, I’m probably adding 6 😂
