Quick and easy virtual cooking class 🧑‍🍳

Thank you so much to those who joined Mixing it real by Chelsea McGill and I for our class last night. We loved showing you all some of our favourite really fast, easy dishes.

Ever started making dinner then realised it’s a slow cooker recipe? 🤦‍♀️

That was me tonight, I’d screen shot this recipe awhile ago forgetting it was a slow cooker recipe. … so into the Thermomix it went!
I also hate manual cooking, but this was super quick and not many steps.
I also realised I didn’t have coconut cream, so coconut milk it was AND apparently I run out of red curry paste (I swear I saw it just the other day) anyway I swapped that out for curry powder, ginger and chilli flakes.
Served with rice and dinner was sorted 🙌 less time making dinner, more time for everything else 💖

Finally some sunshine in Melbourne, time to bring back some delicious salads, starting with this one ‘chicken Caesar pasta salad’

What I love about this is that the pasta, eggs, chicken are all cooked together using the bowl and Varoma. This recipe starts by making the dressing, now top tip, it will then say clean and DRY the mixing bowl, however you are then putting water in to cook the last, so ignore that and continue on 😉
