One of this weeks jobs, We had a customer call saying they had another installer come to prep their floor but completely butchered the job and then had ghosted them after taking payment! We took on the job which we had to grind for 3 hours minimising the humps that the installer had made trying to level the floor. We then flood levelled the floor to fill in the dips he had also missed giving us a brand new flat surface to work with. Lastly we laid the floor and it turned out amazing with a very happy customer, so glad we could get this done for them!
