Is there any better view on a lazy Sunday afternoon than the tropical waters of Green Island on the Great Barrier Reef 🏝

Just finished stretching this canvas print, purchased by a customer recently from me at my Art Stall . Then added a lovely gallery-style timber float frame to finish the look! 🤩

Back at Palm Cove Markets for the 2026 season! A challenging day on the weather front but great to see so many people still out & about on the weekend inbetween the rains. My hand-finished canvas prints end up looking just like the original painting!

This popular Palm Cove artwork was upsized to a 30x36inch canvas print, sealed, professionally stretched ready to hang, hand-finished with oil paint and given a natural timber floating frame to complete the look. Cut and joined using my new picture framing guillotine and v-nailer, then carefully assembled, packaged and posted off to its new home in Melbourne.

All work carried out here

Signing off for 2025! Thank you all that have purchased some of my artwork this year, whether big or small every sale has kept me painting and doing what I love! 🙏🖌🎨

With new stockists this year, I cut back on the Markets and also returned to working as a Picture Framer, to support my art practice. Finally got my hands on some framing equipment for myself too, the ideal studio set-up for finishing my paintings, with canvas stretching and float frames a favourite this Christmas! A fab day at Palm Cove Market, my best of the year so far not only in sales but because I got to see lots of friendly faces, family & friends 🥰 even got a rare visit from the Mrs (& bro-in-law) providing refreshments! 😁🙌😋
Always nice to hear where the artworks are heading...Ireland 🇮🇪 Melbourne & Sydney 🇦🇺 to name a few. Was about the coldest I've ever been at but a beautiful sunrise whilst setting up this morning, and perfect (warm) conditions for our Southern visitors! 🥶😅🤣
No markets in September so see you all again back in October!
