I go back to work on Monday after great two week holidays, stocking up on all staples before I start work and first on the list is Ghee!!

Investing in thermomix is the best decision I made for my kitchen, we have cut down soo much on grocery bills as lot of staples are now homemade and a great plus on health as we can make it preservatives free, I know what goes in my food and I m comfortable with the idea

One of the Cookidoo recipes I often prepare - Ghee
Hands free, mess free, home made and cheaper than store bought products - ghee made from unsalted butter which costs 7/8 $ for 500 gms and yields about 500 ml ghee

Making custard milk for was a breeze in my - dump everything and set to boil for 20 mins - go and relax and come back to smooth, creamy and yummy milk 😋😋

Weekend vibezzz…

Back in the days weekends meant special preparations for lunch … which meant mums busy prepping since early hours of mornings, washing and chopping vegetables, preparing masalas, in between sending out those warm cups of chai out of her busy thumping kitchen as family members wake and are ready to have their cups of teas with morning melodies and newspapers… I wish thermomix existed back in those days so mums could have enjoyed the same luxury of sipping cups of teas with newspapers and songs and chitter patter of kids around….

What would take hours of prep took less than 10 mins thanks to my thermie…

And now guessing game begins… guess what’s cooking today with this spice mix…

Whipped these two different style pasta in no time, after busy day at work and I know they are going to be a crowd pleaser!! Everything made from scratch and no readymade sauces were added
