এই নীরব জায়গাটায় দাঁড়ালে মনে হয়, জীবনের সব ব্যস্ততা, দুশ্চিন্তা আর অর্জনের হিসাব একসময় থেমে যায়। আমরা প্রতিদিন কত কিছু পাওয়ার জন্য ছুটি, কত স্বপ্নের পেছনে দৌড়াই। অথচ শেষ পর্যন্ত সঙ্গে করে নিয়ে যাওয়া যায় না কিছুই।

ওয়েভারলি সিমেট্রি (Waverley Cemetery) কবরস্থানটি আনুষ্ঠানিকভাবে ১৮৭৭ সালের ১ আগস্ট চালু করা হয় এবং রুকউড সিমেট্রি (Rookwood Cemetery) এটি ১৮৬৭ সালে প্রতিষ্ঠিত হয়।
