✨ The Candaura Candle Co. wax testing journey has officially begun! 🕯️✨
I have poured the first round of test candles, and I’m SO excited to see where this takes us! 🤍
I’ll be putting 3 different wax types to the test — looking at everything from the melt pool and scent throw to the overall burn performance.
Now comes the hardest part… waiting for them to cure! ⏳🕯️ Once they’re ready, the real testing can begin!
Fingers crossed 🤞🏼✨ one of these is THE perfect fit for the Candaura Luxury you have all grown to love. 🤍
This is just the beginning of an exciting new chapter, and I can’t wait to take you along for the journey!
First pour done… now we wait! 🕯️✨

🕯️ WELL… IT’S TIME TO GO BACK TO THE TESTING TABLE! 🥹🤍

This is one of those posts I honestly didn’t want to have to write…

Our wax supplier has discontinued the wax we have been using, and they were the only supplier in Australia offering it.

So unfortunately, Candaura is heading back into testing mode.

New waxes.
New wicks.
New fragrance combinations.
And A LOT of candle testing! 😂🕯️

In some ways, it feels like we are starting all over again — but thankfully, I’m not the same candle maker I was when I first started Candaura. I’ve learnt so much along the way, so I’m going into this with a lot more knowledge and experience. 🤍

I’ll be starting with our TOP 5 Candaura scents, but I want YOUR help…

👇🏼 What is the one Candaura scent you absolutely cannot live without?

Tell me below or send me a message and I’ll do my best to include your favourites in my initial testing.
We still have a few candles and melts available in our previous wax, so these will remain available while stocks last.

And most importantly…
DON’T FRET! 🤍

I am still testing and working with natural coconut soy wax. That isn’t changing.

This little business means so much to me, and so do the people who continue to support it. Every order, every recommendation, every message and every repeat customer genuinely means the world.
So here we go… another little chapter in the Candaura journey. 🥰

Wish me luck — I think I’m going to need a LOT of coffee! ☕😂🕯️

Now tell me… what scent MUST I test first? 👇🏼🤍
