Doughsephine has been fed, the oven is working overtime and the kitchen… well, we won’t talk about the kitchen. 😂🙈

**Bake Week officially kicks off TODAY!** 🎉

Fresh sourdough loaves, bagels, English muffins and plenty of other Doughsephine goodies will be making their way to **Collective Hens**. 🩷

Remember, everything is made in small batches by just me, Doughsephine and one very hardworking home oven — so once something’s gone, it may be gone! 👀😂

🥖 **BAKE WEEK IS BACK!** 🥯🩷

Doughsephine has had her little break (and hopefully finished throwing her warm-weather tantrum 😂), because **Bake Week kicks off this Wednesday!**

There’ll be sourdough loaves, bagels, jams, butters & icing… AND our newest little experiment — **sourdough English muffins!** 👀😍

Fresh goodies will be making their way to **Collective Hens from Wednesday**, so keep an eye on the page for what’s available each day.

And just our usual little reminder — **Doughsephine and I are still learning!** 🩷 These are homemade goodies, not bakery-perfect creations. Some might be a little wonky, some might have more “personality” than others 😂, but every single one is made with love (and usually a fair amount of flour-covered chaos!).

Your feedback is always welcome — it’s how we learn and get better. 🥰

Apparently the weather warms up a little and she decides to throw a full-blown tantrum. 🙄☀️ My once lovely loaves have been coming out a little more *pancake* than *sourdough*… and I’m officially sick of throwing out flat loaves! 😂

So, because I desperately needed a win, we changed tactics…

**Sourdough English Muffins!** 👀

And would you LOOK at them! 😍 I think we may finally be friends again.

Now if someone could please tell Doughsephine that warmer weather does NOT mean she gets to stop making pretty loaves, that would be great. 😂🥖

So… should these little English muffins earn themselves a spot at the next Bake Week? 👀🥯 Or should I tell Doughsephine to stop mucking around and get back to making loaves? 😂🥖

She’s a little sweet, a little sour, a little tangy… and VERY more-ish. 😂 Perfect on toast, scones, or straight off the spoon — no judgement here!

Whilst it might not be bake week... the baking doesn't stop🤪🥖🥯
I made some bagels for family, my dad requested a olive and garlic loaf. I tested multigrain loaf (I've just pulled it out of the oven)😋. Plus a plain loaf to add to the mix.
I still take orders even when it's not bake week. So if you just can't wait, comment or send a message. We can help with those cravings🥯🥖🩷

And a massive thank you to **Collective Hens** for having us again and supporting my little flour-covered adventure. 🩷

I’ll be popping into **Collective Hens around 9:30am today** with one last delivery of fresh Doughsephine goodies! 🥖🥯🩷

Collective Hens is open **9:30am–2pm**, so pop in and grab your favourites while you can.

Because once they’re gone… **that’s it for TWO WHOLE WEEKS!** 😱😂 Doughsephine is demanding some annual leave. Apparently she has rights now. 🙄🤣

There are still plenty of goodies waiting for you at **Collective Hens** — loaves, sourdough bagels, jams, brown sugar butter AND lemon cream cheese icing. 🤤

And because apparently my oven hasn’t worked hard enough this week 😂, I’ll be back at **Collective Hens on Saturday with another delivery of fresh loaves!** 🥖

While Doughsephine gets a well-earned little rest after bake week, I’m already thinking about the next one… 👀
