We are trying Cheeseburger Sliders and I am SO excited for these!

Found this delicious recipe on Cookidoo® and it's got everything made from scratch - soft homemade slider buns, juicy little beef patties, the lot. Thermomix does it all.

Well, it looks like we have a new family favourite! 🙌

Korean Fried Chicken for the win on the weekend, crispy, sticky, sweet & spicy and a hit with EVERYONE. That's not easy to do around here!

Made from scratch in the Thermomix and honestly easier than I thought it would be.

This one will be on repeat for sure.

I haven't tried this recipe before, so fingers crossed it's as yummy as it sounds. She was very excited about her choice!

I may have left the dough a little longer than needed, oops, but the Thermomix never fails me, so I'm sure it will still be delicious.

Wednesday night done right!

Thermomix Spag Bol for the win - bolognese sauce + perfectly cooked pasta all in the Thermomix, garlic bread in the air fryer for that extra crunch.

This is why I love my Thermomix on busy nights. Less mess, less stress, dinner on the table.

Monday night made easy 💚

Chicken parmas topped with bacon & bubbly cheese + my creamy Caesar pasta salad loaded with bacon, chicken, egg and all the good stuff.

Three happy plates, zero complaints, and yes, the whole thing came together so quickly thanks to my Thermie doing all the heavy lifting.

Who else loves a parma night? 🙋🏼‍♀️

Dinner didn't go to plan tonight.

My husband picked up a ready-made meal from the shops and it was so disappointing it ended up in the bin. I just didn't have it in me to cook a whole other meal.

So I listened to the sweet craving instead and whipped up a creamy, warm rice pudding. Added some vanilla bean paste for that extra little something and it hit the spot perfectly.

This is why I love having a few comforting, easy recipes up my sleeve. 5 minutes of effort and the whole house feels cosy again.
