Leftovers for the win tonight!

Hubby wanted mushrooms to go with his gravy and was about to get the frying pan out. I told him to leave it - the Thermomix has it covered.

Browning Mode | 8 mins | Mushrooms + butter + garlic = hands-free perfection.

He stirred them through his gravy and made the best mushroom gravy sauce. So simple and so good.

Do you still cook your mushrooms on the stovetop?

That moment when you remember you froze cookie dough earlier in the week...

Running low on school snacks so I grabbed a few frozen dough balls, 12 minutes in the oven and we have perfect, warm choc chip cookies for lunchboxes.

Past me is a genius.

Tonight hubby was in charge of the BBQ and I was in charge of the veggies. Well we didn't time it very well, lucky enough I have multiple thermo servers to keep the veggies hot while he finishes off the meat.

My Thermomix has been busy today. I made most of this before school today. The chocolate chip cookies recipe I put into chat GPT to give me Thermomix instructions.
Now I have the Portuguese bread rolls started and soup to go. Oh and I almost forgot the kids want mini cheese burgers for dinner so that's on the to-do list as well.

Tell me you have Thermomix brain without telling me...

Making lasagna, Meat is cooking, I'm cleaning up waiting to make the béchamel sauce and then it hits me, I have TWO Thermomix's right there on the bench that can do it for me. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Sauce is now cooking at the same time as the meat. Why do I do things the hard way? 😂
Getting dinner done early = a much smoother night.

Another perfect loaf fresh out of the oven! 🍞✨

Now to slice it up and get it in the freezer before the kids see it and eat the whole thing in one go 😂
