One week out of the shop already… and I’ve found myself reminiscing about my last day and all the memories that little shop holds. 🤍

It’s been a pretty surreal week after 8 years of being such a huge part of my everyday life. I’m missing the people, the chats, the beautiful friendships and, of course, my gorgeous little shop… but I’m also enjoying the change of pace.

And today… my first Saturday off in goodness knows how long! 🥂✨ I think I might just get used to this!

While the shop chapter has closed, my passion for interiors is very much alive and kicking. Growing Space Interiors is still here, and I’m excited to be putting my full attention back into what I love most creating beautiful, individual spaces for my clients.

So, if you’re thinking about renovating, redecorating, styling or simply need some interior design advice, don’t forget I’m here for all your interior design needs. 🏡🤍

Yesterday was my last day in my beautiful little shop a place that has been such a huge part of my life for the past 8 years. ❤️

I’ve been reflecting on the day I first opened the doors and honestly can’t believe how much this little shop has brought into my life. The beautiful friendships I’ve made, the amazing people I’ve met, and most of all, the incredible support from our wonderful local community. I am so incredibly grateful. 🥰

One of the things I’ll miss the most is my little “team of children” the gorgeous kids I’ve watched grow from tiny babies into little people heading off to school. It has been such a privilege to watch so many of them grow over the years. ❤️

While it’s was definitely an emotional day, I’m also excited for what comes next. I’ll be putting my full focus back into my passion for interior design, so please keep following my pages for design inspiration, advice and all things interiors.

And don’t worry the little shop will continue! ✨
It will now be known as A Little Something, with its new local owner, Sonya, taking over and continuing to look after you all.

I’m so excited to see this beautiful little space continue its journey, and I know you’ll all give Sonya the same love and support you’ve given me.

Thank you, thank you, thank you for the most incredible 8 years. I’ll miss you all more than you know. ❤️

✨ BIG NEWS INCOMING! ✨

After 8 incredible years, I can finally share that I have sold my little business! 🥹❤️

My final day will be Monday 31st August, and while the name will change, the unique little store that has been my baby will remain. I couldn’t be happier knowing it will continue on and be loved by its new owner another Parkdale local.

Growing Space Interiors actually began 17 years ago when I started my interior design business, and this is where my heart and my biggest passion have always been. After 8 years of juggling both businesses, I’ve decided it’s time to put my full attention back into interior design something I am incredibly excited about!

So, if you’re thinking about renovating, refreshing your home, need help with colours, furniture, finishes or simply don’t know where to start, please feel free to get in touch for all your interior design advice. 🏡✨

This is definitely a bittersweet goodbye to a very special chapter, but I’m so excited for what’s next! ❤️
