Today we’re celebrating our own dads—because without them, 2girls+Makari quite literally wouldn’t exist!

And to all the incredible Dads out there, thank you for the love, guidance and countless ways you show up every day.

A very special shout-out to our husbands, the behind-the-scenes legends who make this creative journey possible. From loading cars and setting up market stalls, to building our timber displays and patiently listening to every quirky idea we dream up… you’re always roped in, and we couldn’t do it without you.

Studio update…

A huntsman decided my studio was the perfect place to hang out yesterday.

Being absolutely petrified of them, I did what most humans do…

🍺 Grabbed a can of courage from the fridge. 👀 Had a 20-minute staring contest with it😅 Then let’s just say… it was relocated back to the garden.

Anyway, I survived, the studio is (mostly) mine again, and I finally got back to creating (after checking every flipping corner for any more intruders) 😂🌿
