Saturday 13 June is knit/crochet in public day. So you bet I’ll be crocheting in public that day!!
You can join in and meet new hookers and knitters as well 😊
In the Wollongong area you can join in by meeting at Finzah yarn studio in Cringila at 2pm - there’s a group meeting there and walking down to the pub down the road and crocheting and knitting together in public. It’s a great fun way to celebrate fibre art and meet like minded people. Have a laugh, and beverage and enjoy yourself! If you want more information please comment below or PM

If anyone is keen to make crochet poppies for the Miranda Westfields Tree on Tuesday 7 October a group is getting together at 9.30am at Miranda RSL to crochet a few poppies. If you know how to crochet or even knit please come along bring a ball of 8ply yarn in red and black and hook. I’ll be teqching how to make the pattern. I will have some yarn with me to share as well.

Poppies will be handed over Wednesday 8th October.
If you have made some and would like them to be included in this years display, please drop them to Westfield Miranda information desk with a short note of ‘who and why’.
