haven’t really filmed any cooking videos the last week, so posting this singing video to entertain you this week! have a good one guys!

hot honey chicken burger🍯🌶️
4 pcs chicken thighs
300 ml buttermilk
1 tablespoon of smoked paprika
1 tablespoon of garlic powder
salt and pepper
(you can add your preferred spices)

dry batter: 2-3 cups plain flour
1 tablespoon of all purpose seasoning
1 tablespoon of smoked paprika
1 tablespoon of garlic powder
1 tablespoon of chicken seasoning
salt and pepper

hot honey sauce:
1/4 cup of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of hot sauce
2 tablespoons of honey
1/8 teaspoon of chili flakes
1 tablespoon of butter
(adjust to your own preference)

salmon rice bowl🍚

salmon(300g) marinade:
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
1 tablespoon spoon honey
1/8 teaspoon of chili flakes
1/2 teaspoon hot sauce (own preference)
salt and pepper

cucumber(half) :
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 tablespoon white sugar
salt and pepper
