Our ugly ducklings (pullets) currently looking for a new backyard to dig up 🏡

Why are they the ugly ducklings? Because my goal is to breed birds that meet the Australian Poultry Standard and these girls just didn’t quite make the cut for future breeders. That being said, they are perfectly healthy girls suitable for layers or pets ❤️

Also, peep the super cute black fluffy pullets who were little surprises cause I’m not sure how the Pekin rooster managed to get across 4 pens into the Australorp pen and back again without me knowing 👀
