Sanding detail areas IS HARD, so why make your life hard when you don’t have too?! Furniture wax does amazing things! All you need is a clean rag & just buff it on! Easy as that ✨

This vintage sideboard cabinet was a in a good way when I got it, but with damage to the top, the trim & a tired looking feel, I knew I could being it back & it’s beautiful! REMEMBER, restore old furniture not transform ✨

When I removed the map top I held onto it as a “just in case” & thankfully when I realised the drawer bottoms were not worth saving I had that spontaneous thought of “should I use the map, I still have it?” & my gosh, so glad I followed my instincts!

What do you reckon? Would you have repurposed the map top?

My FIRST restoration project & my gosh I learnt alot!! But I’m so proud of this one & so happy I could bring the map top back into this flip!
