The free Connecting with People: Emotional Resilience training is an evidence-based session that provides practical strategies to strengthen emotional wellbeing, cope with stress, and support others with compassion. Creating safe, connected communities begins with understanding and compassion for self and others. This training focuses on building compassionate responses to emotional distress and offers practical strategies to recognise emotional distress, reduce stigma, and understand how everyday actions can make a difference. By the end of the session, you will have the knowledge and confidence to support yourself and others, fostering wellbeing across families, workplaces, and communities.

✔️ Drivers Licence and HR Licence
✔️ White Card
✔️ Reliable, physically capable, team‑minded
⭐ Earthmoving/landscaping experience a bonus
⭐ LL or LS highly favourable
