This is a very difficult post for me and I have been putting it off for some time.
Unfortunately Birdsview Blooms has come to an end 🙁.
My health has deteriorated quickly and then my marriage ended. It’s been an extremely stressful 2 months and I’ve been in a dark place and not wanting to deal with it all.
I won’t go into any detail and hope you all understand.
I have moved away and the property will be up for sale.
I don’t think I’ll be able to flower farm to that extent again but flowers will always be a big part of my life. Who knows what my future holds….
I want to thank all my beautiful customers, I got to meet so many lovely people. Also a big thanks to Michelle at the Coffee Pot who really helped get my business started. Then Terry at the Shell who “gave me a go” and to both our surprise it was such a success!! To Bel at Bel’s cafe who I know is devastated that she won’t have the opportunity to have my flowers in her new shop, and to the Fox Hole Cafe who approached me to have an arrangement made each week.
I never give myself praise but for once in my life I will ☺️. From what started as selling a few Zinnias to an investment of a “proper” growing space.In a short space of 2 years I have sold thousands of flowers, Birthdays, Anniversaries, New babies, death, Weddings, funerals , Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, just because days…I absolutely loved what I did. Thank you to my friends and family that stood by me and gave me so much encouragement.
I will miss you all and send hugs and love. 💐🥺🩷

Oh my gosh, definitely on the bucket list 😍

The Western Australian wildflower season from August to October produces the largest temperate wildflower display in the world, with over 12,000 species of flowering plants covering hundreds of thousands of square kilometres of bush from Geraldton to Esperance.

The Coalseam Conservation Park near Dongara and the Everlastings fields near Mullewa are among the finest accessible displays.

The wildflower season varies year to year depending on winter rainfall.

Those who drive the Brand Highway inland route in late August in a good year and find the roadsides and paddocks carpeted in everlastings, grevilleas, and banksias as far as the eye can see describe it as one of the most visually extraordinary free natural experiences available anywhere in Australia.

I had some amazing help this morning from some fairies 🧚‍♀️, so we have restocked the Shell again.
Quirindi Care Services will be getting a few buckets so the residents can make their own vases up and some will be delivered to the Quirindi Hospital. Thank you to everyone that reached out offering to help, makes my heart happy 😃

HELP NEEDED

First of all I just want to share my appreciation to everyone that supported my flowers over Mother’s Day, I am so humbled 😊.

Believe it or not I still have a lot of flowers that I haven’t even picked. I really want to pay it forward and give them to the residents at Quirindi Care Services and Quirindi Hospital but I need your help. I suffer from chronic pain and just can’t do it alone. I’m after volunteers to drop the flowers for me but also if anyone has old jars/vases to put them in that would be much appreciated. I’m happy for you to come and pick up the buckets of flowers just need someone to take them and place in the jars and deliver. I still need to pick them so thinking around Wednesday, if you can help please reach out 💐🩷
