Costco is a place that you can spend a fortune and not really get very much. I go about once ever 3 -4 months and generally buy the same stuff. This shop was a little bigger as they had the organic mince a like $29.99 for 1.5kg so I bought three of them and I pretty much had to restock most things, oh and I think I sent about $150 on cheese too. Do you think Costco is worth it? and What do you always buy?

I found this recipe when making my freezer meal series and loved it. I keep saying tortellini, instead of Ravioli, but really they are interchangeable in this dish. It is a quick easy mid week meal that takes as long as it takes the water to boil and pasta to cook!

This Feta, Spinach and Potato Frittata is a staple in my house as you can use any vegetable and substitute what you have. The only thing you really need for this dish is eggs and cheese, if you have that you can use anything else. Link is in the comments for all my hints and tips.

Cheats Cassoulet is a fantastic recipe for using up bits of meat and veggies. It is traditionally made with pork, but follow my tips and you can do it with anything. This is a large portion in a cast iron pot version, but it tastes just as good with a smaller batch fully made in the Thermomix.
