The bits you don’t see...

The last couple of days have been… a lot. With growth comes the uncomfortable and the unknown, and juggling the day-to-day of running a shop while wrangling the behind-the-scenes chaos isn’t always as shiny as the crystals on the shelves.

It’s the tech glitches that eat hours, the one step forward and two steps back, the late nights where the to-do list somehow grows instead of shrinks. It’s the long days spent on tasks that weren’t even on the list to begin with, and the curveballs you never planned for.

But here’s the thing, I’m still here. Still standing. Just tired, maybe a little frazzled, but still moving forward. Because that’s what growth looks like: messy, uncomfortable, and worth it.

So if you’re in the thick of it too, here’s your reminder: you’re not alone. We roll with the punches, we swear at the tech, we take the nap, and then we get back up. Always. 🫶
