One of the key design elements of LOLA was the use of full height doors throughout. Including the custom full height steel sliding doors which are aesthetically beautiful but also practical in separating the front of the home from the main living area, creating an important sound barrier and division of space. ⁠

Sam really took into consideration how this space needed to flow for useability - introducing a tiled mini-mud area for bag drop and shoe storage and raised washer and dryers with pull out hamper shelves for easy loading/unloading and of course plenty of bench space. ⁠
