Apparently, winter decided to show up with its freezing cold nights, and suddenly pea and ham soup sounds like the best idea ever.

All this fuss about Portuguese bread had me wondering what the big deal was, so I decided to give it a try today. 🍞🥖🌟🍴👌

Lemon Curd Chai puddings (Skinnermixers) for the win.

Recieved lemons from a friends tree, lemon curd is always on the cards when I recieve a bag of lemons.
These are lovely to have in the fridge for a easy grab and go breakfast, or a dessert.

We cooked this at our Peel Magic Mixers cooking class last Friday and it was very tasty, so it's on tonight's menu at home.

I did a live demonstration of quick puff pastry today.

Now the pie is ready for the oven this afternoon.
