Our new-season organic matcha is now here.
But before it becomes the vibrant green powder in your bowl, it begins as a living plant, one that has to endure the season.
Last year was exceptionally hot and dry. For the farmers, that meant more care and more work to help the tea plants thrive.
Especially when it is grown organically, there is no shortcut. No forcing nature to give more than it can.
