Just a few garages for this week… 😆

Kicking off another multiple garage project for Creation Homes at Edmondson Park.

Multiple garages being completed with the full Decoshield system, including proper mechanical diamond grinding, penetrative epoxy primer, premium epoxy basecoat, full flake broadcast and UV stable Polyaspartic topcoats.

This project also involves custom epoxy mortar transitions between the tiled areas and garage slabs, all prepared and formed on site before the coating system goes down.

Another double garage transformation completed in Wahroonga.

This garage had an existing painted surface that was beginning to fail. The old coating was mechanically diamond ground back, giving us the properly prepared concrete substrate needed to install a premium, long-lasting flooring system.

Finished in American Granite flake over a Pipeline Grey base for a clean, modern finish. 👌

Kellyville patio rescue transformation.

This outdoor patio had previously been coated with SprayCrete, however the finish fell well short of the homeowner's expectations. The coating had to be completely removed before a quality flooring system could be installed.

Strathfield garage transformation.

Stanhope Gardens garage rescue transformation.

This garage had previously been coated by another contractor and was already showing signs of failure.

Upon inspection, the coating was delaminating from the concrete substrate, the surface appeared extremely dry, and there was no obvious evidence of a protective seal coat having been applied.

To ensure a long-lasting result, the existing coating system was completely removed and the floor was taken back to bare concrete.

• Full diamond grind removal of the failed coating
