If your going to make a investment in your home
Use real timber water leaks cause damage real fast in the fake timber world

Although we are fixing this one, i truly believe it’s s**t and real timber is the best way to go when investing in your home

Probably ate 2-3 % of this floor
I actually laid this 20 years ago
All in all in good condition except the boards that had collapsed

Don’t ignore pest inspections people

All repairs and re polishing completed with a nice Matt finish
