Make your own creamy filling using your Thermomix!
🥛 Condensed Milk Base
Prepare condensed milk in your Thermomix (or use store-bought).
🍓 Jelly Mix Filling
• 1 packet jelly crystals
• 1 cup boiling water
• 2.5 tsp gelatine
Mix jelly crystals with boiling water until dissolved, then stir in gelatine until smooth. Allow to cool slightly, then combine with condensed milk.
🥚 Assemble
Once the mixture has cooled (but not set), pour into hollow Easter eggs.
❄️ Refrigerate until set… then enjoy your delicious, creamy Easter surprise!
Tip: Try different jelly flavours for fun colours and tastes 🌈
