I’m away this week, I wish I was there. Emma is taking care of things and will keep the shop open for a while. I’d love to see you all supporting Shaun and Lily tonight and I’ll be there for the next one and all the ones after that.

The outcome wasn’t what we hoped for, but my family did head to the Newport Bowlo this morning at 5 to watch the Socceroos.

So it’s the world’s longest day for me!!!

And with the challenges of Maddox being closed, it could also be the loneliest.

Not my normal content, but a really heartfelt message.

The road closures are killing me. I’ve had approximately 10 customers since Saturday. This is far, far worse than COVID, with no offset from the LXRP apart from a couple of measly signs buried within the site.

I can’t survive this.

I don’t like asking, but I have to.

Can you help me please. I don’t want charity, just please if you need to buy flowers or a gift, think of me.

My bills still need paying and right now, there’s no way I’ll be able to.
