It's RUOK Day🙂

We take this time to raise awareness for critical conversations with the people around us.

This year Annabell has made some yellow 💛 play dough to give out to spread some joy. It will be given out from the community stall out the front of the General store today.

From 2:30-4:00 pm there will be loads for the kids with Face Stencils art, activities, cup cakes and more. Come and have a chat to members of the community while the kids have a play.

AnnaMaze Creations was developed from the love of slimes, doughs and sensory based soothing strategies for children, adolescents to adults.

Products are created to highlight the grounding based method of
5 Things I can SEE 👀
4 Things I can TOUCH ✋
3 Things I can HEAR 👂
2 Things I can SMELL 👃
1 Thing I can TASTE 👄

Something very simple we can use throughout the day to help us stay present in the moment and calm our nervous system.

Shine Bright 🌞 Have a conversation that matters, check in on someone.
