Flower of the week - Ranunculus

I'm so excited that we are entering back into ranunculus season! Oh how I've missed these delicate, beautiful little flowers!

Ranunculus is a large genus of flowering plants (including buttercups), but the name most commonly refers to Ranunculus asiaticus (the Persian buttercup). Highly prized for their dense, multi-layered blooms, these cool-season favorites resemble miniature peonies and are extremely popular in both gardens and floral arrangements.

Flower of the week- Leucadendron

Leucadendron is a genus of about 80 species of flowering plants in the family Proteaceae family. Prized in Australian gardens and floristry for their colorful foliage, long-lasting cut blooms, and drought tolerance, they require full sun and highly well-drained, acidic soil.

We had the most beautiful afternoon at Strengthening Family Connections Yeppoon making native floral arrangements! 🌸✨
