ELEGANCE WITH HANDICRAFT
Sometimes, raw industrial space holds the best kind of potential.
We’re proud to finally share a project close to our hearts: ELEGANCE WITH HANDICRAFT – designed by Synchrony Architects for Fashion Pulse Ltd., a renowned name in the apparel world.
📍 Location: Tongi BASIC, Tongi, Gazipur, Dhaka
📐 Size: Approx. 3,040 sqft
✅ Status: Finished
📅 Construction: Feb 2025 – Aug 2025
The Challenge
An empty factory shell → A modern, sophisticated lounge + display centre for both foreign and domestic buyers.
The Solution
We created a multipurpose space where buyers can:
🤝 Attend high-focus meetings
👗 View products (garments) in multiple flexible arrangements – all designed to keep the buyer at the center
🌿 Unwind in a veranda with cityscape or rooftop garden views
The Vibe
Natural wood + stone + handcraftsmanship with high finishing. No cold corporate feels here – just warmth, texture, and elegance. Every material breathes authenticity.
