✨Minimum Order:
- The minimum purchase amount is ৳200.
✨Order Confirmation & Cancellation:
- No cancellation after order confirmation.
✨Bulk Orders:
-Bulk orders for weddings, birthdays, festivals, corporate gifting, events, and other occasions are welcome.
- A 50% advance payment is required to confirm and book a bulk order.
- Bulk orders will only be processed after the advance payment has been received.
- For large or time-sensitive orders, please place your order in advance to allow sufficient preparation time.
✨Customized Orders:
- Customized products, including specific colors, fragrances, designs, or quantities, are prepared according to the customer's requirements.
✨Product Color Disclaimer
- Actual product colors may vary slightly from the photos due to lighting conditions, photography, and different mobile or monitor display settings.
✨Checking Your Order at Delivery
- Customers are requested to check the product in front of the delivery person upon receiving the parcel.
- Returns or exchanges will not be accepted unless the product is damaged upon delivery.
- If you are unable to check the parcel during delivery, a full unboxing video is mandatory. The video must start before opening the courier package and continue without any cuts until the product is completely unpacked.
