Merge Studio is looking for an experienced full-time Project Manager to lead interior fit-out and architectural projects from planning to successful completion.
🔺𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Plan, execute, monitor, and successfully complete interior architecture and fit-out projects.
• Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop project schedules and monitor project timelines to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with the Design & Architecture Team to ensure smooth project ex*****on according to approved drawings.
• Supervise Site Engineers and monitor daily site progress.
• Coordinate with the Procurement Team regarding material requirements, delivery schedules, and inventory status.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, workmanship, and project progress.
• Monitor project budgets and assist in cost control to prevent unnecessary expenditures.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, and external stakeholders throughout project ex*****on.
• Ensure proper documentation of project progress, site reports, and project correspondence.
🔺𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
Educational Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
🔺Experience:
• 2-3 years of relevant experience.
𝐀𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Strong leadership, client handling, project coordination, and site management skills.
• Knowledge of BOQ, working drawings, interior fit-out, and project ex*****on.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar project management software will be considered an advantage
