📌 Responsibilities & Context
Design & Planning
• Lead architectural and interior design projects (Residential & Commercial)
• Create architectural concepts, space planning, and interior design schemes
• Prepare detailed layout plans, working drawings, blueprints, and BOQs
• Design buildings and structures considering aesthetics, functionality, sustainability, and client requirements
Project Ex*****on & Coordination
• Conduct site analyses and regular site visits to monitor progress
• Coordinate with clients, project managers, engineers, and contractors
• Supervise on-site implementation to ensure design accuracy and quality workmanship
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
Materials & Cost Management
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and fixtures ensuring functionality and aesthetics
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and cost optimization without compromising design intent
• Oversee cost management to deliver projects on time and within budget
Client & Presentation
• Develop innovative interior design concepts aligned with client requirements
• Prepare presentation materials and conduct client meetings for design approvals
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality control
