Veel merken denken dat privacy de grootste blokkade is voor personalisatie. Maar is dat echt zo?🤔

Deze white paper van , geschreven door Bram Hoekman, laat een frisse en interessante invalshoek zien: dat customer profiling wint van privacy-angst.
👍Top om dit eens zo te benoemen, want het daagt het standaard narratief uit.

Wij zien dit ook terug in de praktijk. Adoption rate blijft een uitdaging, het is nl. niet vanzelfsprekend dat shoppers nieuwe diensten omarmen. Maar de shoppers die onze service gebruiken, zijn enthousiast, en partnermerken zien meetbare resultaten. Dat stemt hoopvol voor de toekomst.

Kortom: personalisatie werkt niet door data te verzamelen, maar door waarde te creëren met data. Wie dit begrijpt, heeft een voorsprong in retail.🏆
